About California
Oh the golden land of California. A sweet land with bitter politics and warm weather, the land is ahead of most the nation. A diverse mesh of cultures all around the world this state is the 'Second America'. It is a melting pot where one can find Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, African, Indian, South American, and European immigrants in great supply. It is true, oranges grow on trees there and 3,000 year old trees take root. The beaches are breath taking and the people are friendly. With all these pluses why wouldn't anyone want to live there? Housing is among the most expensive in the nation in most cities of California. The cost of normal goods is sometimes 3 times as much. The pollution comes in smog, but clears out with the natural cycles of weather. Political debates often erupt in intense screaming matches amongst the locals, especially environmental liberalism brands.
Opulent mansions line the foothills covered with warm forests. Early in the morning and sometimes in the evening mist rolls down the foothills. On a warm sunny day you can drive to the beach and cure any boredom or maybe you'd enjoy an outdoor concert. In this state you have access to mountains for camping, beaches for swimming, deserts, amusement parks, big cities, and small towns.
California has a sample of almost everything the USA has to offer. So you’re going to California? You can fly there, but you might have more fun driving. Once you get in the state you can find forests, deserts, lakes, beaches, everything you’re looking for. If you choose to drive consider bringing a tent. Most the year the temperature is a pleasing average 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Living in California has given me valuable memories. The land nurtures creativity by praising education and encouraging liberating paradigms. It may be politically charged but the friendliness of the people compensate for its political hostility.
